Meet The Team:
Estate and legacy planning is about more than documents and financial decisions. It is about ensuring your wishes are understood and that the people responsible for carrying them out have the clarity they need. We work with individuals and families to help organize your decisions, information and instructions to support a well prepared estate plan.
With decades of experience in financial, administration and estate planning, our team brings both professional expertise, and a deeply personal understanding of the challenges families face with navigating loss and the responsibilities of Executorship and Power of Attorney.
Sharon Moffat, CEA, EPC – Founder, Legacy Consultant
Certified Executor Advisor, Elder Planning Counselor, Personal Fiduciary
After spending more than 20 years as a Financial Advisor, I developed a strong background in retirement and estate planning, helping individuals, families, and business owners prepare for the future. As a Certified Financial Planner (former), I worked alongside lawyers, accountants, and other professionals to help clients make informed decisions and consider the many aspects of their financial and estate plans.
My understanding of the challenges families face became personal following the loss of both of my parents within months of each other, along with several other close family members in a short period. While navigating grief, I also experienced the practical demands of settling estates and the importance of having organized information and clear direction.
These experiences shaped my approach to estate and legacy planning. Today, I help individuals and families organize their information, document their wishes, and prepare the people who may one day be responsible for carrying them out.
I believe thoughtful preparation can make a difficult time more manageable for those left behind. My goal is to bring clarity and confidence to a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
I also value giving back to my community through involvement with local organizations, including Rotary, the Red Deer Food Bank, and 100 Women Who Care, Red Deer.
My previous professional designations and licensing included Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC), and Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance Agent.
Tracey Foster, CEA – Legacy Consultant
Certified Executor Advisor
I was drawn to estate administration following a death in my family. During that experience, I came to understand the responsibility of being named executor for several family members. Wanting to be prepared and to serve them well, I began learning more about the role and the estate administration process. That journey ultimately led me to earn my Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation and inspired my commitment to helping other families move through similar circumstances with clarity, care, confidence, and peace of mind.
My background spans administration, finance, operations, project and event management, organizational leadership, stakeholder engagement, international meetings, and logistics across the agriculture, non-profit, and tourism sectors. These areas of focus strengthened my ability to manage complex responsibilities and coordinate people and priorities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven, I bring integrity, creativity, and thoughtful care to every engagement. I listen closely, communicate clearly, and align clear priorities and resources to achieve positive outcomes.
My professional expertise is paired with a personal understanding of the challenges families face during times of loss and responsibility. My goal is simple: to make the estate administration process feel more manageable and to provide each client with dependable, respectful support when it is needed most.
